Additionally, other data stored in "cookies" on your device may be collected. This information is used solely for statistical analysis of our audience and access patterns, without personally identifying you. Our partner Google may also collect information regarding the source of your visit (e.g., search engines, social networks, direct links, ads) and the pages you browse, to better understand your areas of interest.
How We Use This Data
We use the collected data solely to identify geographic regions and to enhance the efficiency of our website and the effectiveness of any advertising campaigns. We emphasize that this data is neither personal, private, nor sensitive, and does not enable personal identification.
Regarding data required to issue evaluation licenses, it is stored exclusively on NAWKA's internal systems. All registration data is encrypted at our headquarters, as detailed in the Data Retention section below. Data Sharing
We do not share any personal data you provide unless it is preceded by your express communication and consent, except when necessary to comply with the policies of our business partners (such as Stripe and banks), legal or regulatory obligations, to protect our rights, or to respond to court orders.
Payment systems retain the data necessary for license management, to which we do not have access. Consequently, the data we store in our database contains only information sufficient to identify the client and the licensed device, without including sensitive or private details.
If you are a resident of, or physically located in, a European Union country, please note that your personal information may be transferred outside of Europe, specifically to servers located in Brazil and the United States.
Data Retention and Storage
All information stored in cookies will remain on your computer for 30 (thirty) days, after which it will expire. This data may also be retained indefinitely by our partner, Google Analytics, solely for statistical analysis purposes.
Any registration information you provide will be retained indefinitely to support the licensing and renewal processes of our products, or until you request its deletion, which can be done at any time. All OBAKE registration data is stored NAWKA, protected through asymmetric encryption with password-protected digital certificates, ensuring exclusive access and security controls—except for commercial partners responsible for payment processing, as described in the "Data Sharing" section above. Any other of our products will have its data handled exclusively by Microsoft/Google marketplaces.
Even if you request data deletion, NAWKA may retain certain information to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
